Getting Started
Scaleflex Spotlight is a visual commerce experience platform. Create interactive product experiences — hotspots, 360° spins, before/after comparisons, and virtual tours — then embed them on any website with a single code snippet.
Spotlight supports five experience types, each powered by a dedicated Scaleflex JS plugin:
Place interactive markers on an image. Each hotspot can display product info, links, or custom content in a popover.
Let users drag to rotate a product through a sequence of frames, creating a 360-degree interactive view.
Compare two images side by side with a draggable slider. Ideal for product comparisons and visual storytelling.
Create multi-scene guided tours with navigation between scenes and interactive elements on each scene.
Display interactive 3D models with orbit controls, lighting, animations, and auto-rotation.
Here's the typical workflow for creating and embedding an experience:
Create an experience
From the dashboard, click New Experience and choose a type. A step-by-step wizard guides you through selecting assets, naming, and optionally importing data before entering the builder.
Configure in the builder
Upload images, place hotspots, adjust settings, and preview your experience. Changes auto-save every 3 seconds.
Publish
Click Publish when ready. This generates embed codes and makes the experience available via the API.
Embed
Copy the embed snippet from the Embed dialog and paste it into your website. See the Embed Integration guide for details.
